Some ways to delight your customer.


Say you own a small business with little investment as you can enchant your customer?

Well there are several ways that we could devise, however we must remember that there are a number of factors that can add value, good service, quality of product / service, price, delivery time, these factors themselves have somehow guarantee good quality and competitiveness, rather than differential could present to really delight the customer loyalty and it about to do it again and still indicate your company to others?

Well if you sell the term you probably have a record of your customers, how about sending him a card happy holidays, or birthday? Or present him with a gift for him to pay their tuition on time. We can say that all these things are simple, can bear fruit over a gigantic effect, imagine that it is a potential customer who is responsible for much of its revenue, as he or she would feel if on the birthday, or when the company or the same individual did one years you have business together, she or the company received a bouquet of flowers with a thank you card by year partnership that you complete, surely this little "reminder cause a good impression.
