I read this topic I thought important to share.


1 Design. It is the face of business. The shape, the colors, the logo, the look of the store in all its details, including the facade, window displays, layout, cleanliness, organization, and more lighting;

Customer 2. It recognizes that customers are the reason for our business. You welcome them with loving care and attention they deserve;

3 Convenience. It is becoming easier for customers. Anything that lessens the effort and time is always welcome. Location, speed, air-conditioned environment, parking, tele-delivery, installation ...

4 Emotions. It provide contagious atmosphere of joy, music and olfactory sensations, generating conditions for people to enjoy. Serious research has shown that more emotional people, who laugh and cry more often, have more friends and ease to win customers;

5 Consulting. "Sell-pain" is out of fashion. Now is the time and place of sales consultants. This means discovering and presenting the best solutions to customer problems. Condition is also having to educate, advising on their products, the way to use them and keep them better, and even about its origin, composition and manufacturing process.

The seller is the "company". It is with him that the client relates. He is primarily responsible for causing the biggest and best shopping experience to the customer may have. Therefore, it is primarily responsible for customer loyalty.
