Comment: Part 3. - Continued.


Still talking about our friend, what would be the right attitude as well as your posture ?:


We know that companies that actually have the pereocupação in customer delight, adopts a posture of training to their employees, which enable him to make an investigation into the reias customer needs.


For only talk about the amount to be paid is not enough, the employee must know your product / service to be presented, we know that in some cases it is difficult to know the characteristics of all the products / services, the more should be basic knowledge .


Much has also talks about the motivation in the corporate world today that idea that the employee must work only for their salary, no longer works, that old phrase: you get paid to perform this task if you want to not have many in the queue waiting employment.


This idea today is no better view because the employee must be seen as a contributor, so he wear the shirt as they say there are measures needed to encourage, reward them for their efforts, making understand that with the gain Company everybody wins, including him.


That idea: why will turn a profit for my company, nothing will change for myself at the end of the month in terms of salary? no longer works in modern times, since the welfare of the Company should be linked to the employee or his collaborator better and vice versa.
