The advertising agency ThinkPARALLAX, California, United States, decided to give its employees $ 1,500 (about R $ 3,650) for them to make a trip. The goal is to come back with creative and good ideas.
"Instead of sending employees to conferences or local museums, think: what if the whole team was 'forced' to travel to dive into a new culture and find inspiration," say the partners ThinkPARALLAX Jonathan Hanwit and Guusje Bendeler in the company website.
The only conditions for employees - 11 in total - is that the trip is to a destination they've never been and departing between September and December.
Only owners are told in advance what the chosen country. Coworkers discovered only when the traveler begins to post photos and stories on the website dedicated to the project, the thinkparallax.com/parallaxploration.
So far, three employees have been to Germany, the Netherlands and Peru.
The project manager Anna Watt has been in Machu Picchu in Peru, and says that "the journey has inspired me to get out of your comfort zone, take risks and look around me and my resources with a new perspective."

is really interesting, whether Brazilian companies act this way, would be very nice, do not say a trip to Peru, most seek a source of motivation for employees.
