STRENGTHS: It is related to the advantages that your company has over its competitors. Not only about the product, but in general. To help define the Forces, some questions can be asked:

- The price is competitive?
- Product quality is better?
- The company is capitalized?
- The distribution is more efficient?
- The aftermarket is efficient?
- The staff knows what sells?
- The controls are satisfactory?
Try to work out all the questions about your business and check points which make the company be more competitive advantage.

WEAKNESSES: Weaknesses of a company is directly related to her disadvantage. The same questions that were asked for FORCES can be made ​​to define this step. Generally, it takes a while to "digest" a weakness when it is detected and no one had seen before. Therefore, at this stage the sincerity of analysis is essential.
